Last week, Clarkstown Town Clerk David Carlucci & Assemblyman Zebrowski had the good fortune of accompanying Congresswoman Nita Lowey during a tour of the Volunteer Counseling Service of Rockland. During this visit, Congresswoman Lowey met with veterans that volunteer their time and expertise for a program called Vets for Vets. Vets for Vets provides peer support for veterans returning home from military service.
