Clarkstown Town Clerk David Carlucci was presented with the President’s Award for Leadership from Rockland Community College at the Initiation Ceremony for Rockland Community College’s Business Honor Society Alpha Beta Gamma. At Terrace on the Hudson in Haverstraw on Wednesday May 2nd. Carlucci was presented this prestigious award by Rockland Community College President Dr. Cliff Wood and Business Dept Chair Dr. Martin Lecker, in appreciation and recognition of Carlucci’s leadership and dedicated service to Rockland Community College, Alpha Beta Gamma and the entire Community of Rockland County.
