Clarkstown Town Clerk David Carlucci spoke with 5th graders at Little Tor Elementary School in New City. The students learned about the role of a town clerk in their local government and the many services provided to the residents of Clarkstown. Carlucci stated, “I always enjoy coming to speak to elementary school classes. The students are so enthusiastic and inquisitive.
